ABOUT JEFF TURNER
Jeff Turner has been fighting for consumer’s rights since the very beginning of his auto body career.
Jeff got his start in collision repair while in high school. Upon entering the auto body shop industry he found the correct repair of cars after an accident was being ignored at many of the collision shops. Most were doing whatever insurers requested to save them money even if it wasn’t considered a proper or safe repair.
He opened his own auto body collision shop in 2009 and handles every claim as though a friend or a family member owns the vehicle. No corners are cut in his body shop and only manufacturer procedures are followed using only the OEM parts your vehicle is built with during the repair process.
In the late 90’s, concerned about the safety of the consumer, he came across a company called Wreck Check and completely identified with their mission statement as a consumer advocate.
A Few Important Facts:
- Acquired a Wreck Check Car Scan Center license in 2014 and has been re-inspecting vehicles “previously repaired” at other body shops since then.
- Some of his findings have been nothing less than frightening. EVERY vehicle he’s scanned has not only been deemed unsafe to drive but also totaled by the at fault insurance carrier.
- We assist clients with identifying remaining damage that will affect the Safety, Functionality, Appearance, and Value of their vehicle.
- Jeff has met with congressional leaders in Washington, DC and local elected officials concerning the strong arm tactics used by insurers to bully both collision shops and consumers.
- He has testified, as an expert witness, and given depositions in several court cases to assist clients in being made whole again.
